The InterMountain Iyengar Yoga Assocation (IMIYA) is a regional association that ties individuals from the local community to the national and global network of Iyengar Yoga practitioners. By becoming a member of IMIYA, you not only show support for your local Iyengar Yoga center, but for B.K.S. Iyengar's ultimate vision of helping anyone and everyone through the practice of yoga.

How to Use the IMIYA Library

If you would like to borrow something from the IMIYA Library (see the list of materials below), email your request to: Please be sure to list your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Our librarian, Alice Rasmussen, will send you the item in the mail, or you can pick up the item at Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver if you live in or a visiting town. The lending term is for one month and then the item needs to be returned to the library. The term can be extended as long as the member keeps in touch with the librarian and requests an extension. If the item is mailed to you, it is up to you to return it at your expense.
